- Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs

- Train and mentor apprentice and mid-level technicians
- Maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications
- Ensure compliance with warranty repair procedures
- Deliver outstanding workmanship that meets or exceeds standards
