About The Position
Ray Laethem is seeking an experienced and customer focused Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a auto body estimator preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and automotive systems
- Experienced with software CCC, and DMS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimates
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and cost
- Work directly with insurance adjusters and suppliers
- Create estimates using industry software CCC
- Monitor repair progress and update customers as needed
- Ensure all estimates comply with company and insurance standards
- Order parts and coordinate with technicians when necessary
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
