About The Position

Lexus of Sarasota - Bodyworx is building the premier collision center in Florida. We are currently seeking a Collision Repair Estimator to assist us in making sure our customer's vehicles are repaired to the highest standard and to provide the customer with the greatest level of service. Our dealership has an extremely loyal customer base and offers a facility that is air-conditioned and full of state-of-the-art equipment. This premium brand Collision Center is a member of the Morgan Auto Group.

Requirements

Excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

Responsibilities

Schedules reservations with customer for drop off and delivery
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and assist customers as necessary
Welcome guests and assist with customer drop-offs and deliveries
Provide customers with preliminary estimates of visible damage
Provide updates to customers regarding repair status.
Follow up with insurance carriers regarding supplement status and payments
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
Complies with Company policies and procedures
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
