The all-new Hertrich Collision Center is now hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries
• Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners
