About The Position
We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our collision center team. The Estimator plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring accurate repair planning and communication. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in collision repair, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous body shop estimating experience preferred
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy
- Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly
- Maintain detailed documentation and repair records
- Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
