About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships & Collision Centers is seeking an experienced Collision Center / Body Shop General Manager to lead one of our busy, high-performing collision repair facilities. Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years collision center leadership experience
• Prior estimating and insurance adjuster experience required
• Strong knowledge of collision repair operations
• Ability to manage high-volume workflow and deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with estimating and shop management software preferred
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a busy collision center
• Manage production scheduling, workflow, and cost control
• Build strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Review vehicle damage estimates for quality and accuracy
• Drive customer satisfaction and shop profitability
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
