National Harbor Boathouse, managed by Guest Services, Inc., is hiring a Site Lead for the 2026 season, which runs from May through September, operating 5 days a week. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring previous managerial experience and weekend work. The Boathouse Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in all daily operations and administrative management, including direct supervision of all non-exempt and boathouse professional staff. This role also serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the General Manager's absence, promoting the Boathouse to increase profitability and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
