About The Position
Dueck Boats is a growing company and a subset of Dueck Auto Group, specializing in rigid inflatable boats and yacht tenders. With over 20 years of experience, we are a multi-line distributor and retailer of rigid-hull inflatables and outboard motors. We are seeking individuals to contribute to our marine operations and offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand/power tools
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in various physical conditions

- Forklift certification
Responsibilities
- Mounting outboard motors
- Routine Boat Servicing
- Installation of electrical and mechanical components
- Boat detailing
- Assist with mechanical duties
- General shop duties
