The Rigger is responsible for technical proficiency in tasks, work processes, and the safe use of rigging equipment. They will be held accountable for the completion of daily work assignments, including work completion and quality sign-offs. The Rigger will maintain cleanliness and organization on assigned job sites, be responsible for the selection and utilization of proper lifting gear, and set up crane hoisting equipment. This role may involve working any assigned shift and performing tasks outside of normal craft assignments. The Rigger will monitor the job site for compliance with quality, safety, and environmental and health regulations, and demonstrate the ability to apply practices that satisfy regulatory requirements and industry-wide established guidelines. They will also be expected to identify and resolve small problems that arise during day-to-day tasks.
