About The Position
Repair Tech B is responsible for identification and repairs of defects in boat surfaces. This role involves inspecting completed fiberglass boat bodies, hulls, and parts for defects and blemishes, and repairing them by sanding, buffing, spraying, or dabbing. The technician will also work in a team to physically move boats in the production area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in boat manufacturing
- Skilled at using hand tools
- Understand written and verbal instructions
- Safety conscious
- Attention to fine detail
