About The Position

The Boat Repair Tech is responsible for the identification and repair of defects in boat surfaces. This role involves inspecting completed fiberglass boat bodies, hulls, and parts for defects and blemishes, and then repairing these issues through methods such as sanding, buffing, spraying, or dabbing. The position also requires working as part of a team to physically move boats within the production area. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in boat manufacturing
• Skilled at using hand tools.
• Understand written and verbal instructions
• Safety conscious
• Attention to fine detail
