About The Position
Grinder B is a basic grinder responsible for performing basic grinding tasks before, in between, and after lamination to remove imperfections. This role requires the ability to follow tool maintenance procedures, work independently when necessary, and maintain housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to climb a ladder
- Must be able to use both hands
- Must be able to wear a respirator or dust mask
- Regularly walks and stands.
- Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs.
- Seldom/never performs computer work or sits.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic grinding on boats.
- Follow tool maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work alone when needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
