The Boat & ATV Sales Consultant performs various Selling / Customer Service activities to assist Boat and ATV Customers in making informed buying decisions. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The consultant engages customers, determines their needs, provides necessary information for informed buying decisions, and maintains current product knowledge. They stay aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions, and adhere to selling skills training. Collaboration with the Service Department is key for seamless delivery. The role involves preparing the showroom, maintaining product integrity and cleanliness, and generating/managing leads in a CRM tool. Participation in special events like Boat Shows and completing necessary paperwork are also required. The consultant must meet and exceed predetermined individual monthly sales goals and achieve company sales goals. Maintaining a clean work area and following all Company Policies and Procedures are essential.
