City Barbeque is looking for individuals to join their team as a Boards position, which is their term for a meat carver. This role is part of the Back-of-house positions and contributes to serving and creating happiness with America's best BBQ. The ideal candidate will provide great backyard hospitality for guests, work in a fast and independent manner, be able to cross-train and work multiple stations, consistently follow proper recipes and procedures, maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation, and contribute to the team by taking initiative and pitching in to help others.
