Purpose of Position: Responsible for facilitating effective communication, coordinating board meetings and activities, managing board documentation, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring directors receive timely and accurate information to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities. In addition, provide professional and administrative support to the Executive Vice President Team.

Requirements

  • Must be bondable.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Adobe/Acrobat
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication is a must.
  • Must have the ability to anticipate needs of the Board and EVPs with little direction.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must have exemplary listening skills.
  • Must possess confidence and composure around people.
  • Must be discreet, confidential, flexible, personable, and enjoy working with people.
  • Must have the ability to provide accurate information to the EVPs with purpose and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, and competing priorities.
  • Must demonstrate high emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Must be highly organized, efficient, dependable, self- motivated and disciplined.
  • Candidates are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authorization to work in the location where they apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
