About The Position

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a board-certified physician to provide vein and vascular care in the Tampa, Florida area. The organization is expanding its operations and welcomes candidates with backgrounds in vascular surgery, general surgery, vein specialties, or interventional cardiology. Vein or vascular experience is required.

Physicians work in modern, office-based outpatient venous surgery centers equipped with advanced technology. UVVC provides support with staffing, marketing, revenue cycle management, business development, and operations so physicians can focus on patient care. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and uncapped productivity bonus, with stated earning potential of $650,000 or more and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. The role offers a pathway to partnership.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, call, or major holiday responsibilities. The position is full-time and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Requirements

• Board certification in Vascular Surgery, General Surgery, or another relevant specialty.
• An unrestricted medical license and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain them before starting.
• Vein or vascular experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide vein and vascular care and perform minimally invasive treatments for vascular conditions affecting the pelvis and lower extremities.
• Deliver patient care in office-based outpatient venous surgery centers.
