Our offices are located in the Philadelphia, Flourtown, and Southampton areas. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and a strong commitment to promoting positive behavior change. This role involves creating Functional Behavior Assessments as well as developing and implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Qualified candidates will have all major holidays off.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (Current within 1 year)
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (Current within 1 year)
  • PA Department of Education Federal Criminal History Report (FBI)
  • PA Arrest Conviction Form (Act 24) Clearance (Current within 1 year)
  • Must obtain Limited Liability Insurance.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral issues, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments for clients to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and families, to implement behavior plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on behavior management techniques.
