About The Position

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a collaborative middle school in Wellesley, MA to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an FMLA leave opportunity from November 9, 2026 through February 25, 2027. This role provides the opportunity to support approximately 25 students in grades 6–8 while working closely with an interdisciplinary team and dedicated support staff. The incoming BCBA will receive two days of overlap with the outgoing BCBA to review the caseload, meet students, and connect with the school team to support a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience conducting FBAs, behavioral evaluations, and observations
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and behavioral support for students in grades 6–8
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Complete behavioral evaluations and observations
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support student success
• Review behavioral data and use findings to inform interventions and recommendations
• Partner with teachers and school staff to support student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
