Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Towne U.S. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA team serving children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. This is a home-based position and is NOT a school-based role. Services are provided primarily in clients' homes, community settings, and occasional daycare environments. While some remote responsibilities may be available, candidates must be willing to provide in-person services as clinically appropriate. The client population includes children and young adults ages 2–21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active North Carolina BCBA licensure.
- Active BCBA certification at the time of application.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to travel locally between client locations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CentralReach or similar electronic health record systems.
- Experience providing ABA services in home and community-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism and related developmental needs.
- Design, monitor, and modify treatment programs across communication, language, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains.
- Analyze client progress and update treatment plans to ensure goal attainment.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Conduct parent and caregiver training.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
