About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, built by clinicians for clinicians. We believe every community deserves a helping hand. Our core value is clinical excellence, providing every region and BCBA with direct access to our Quality and Training Teams. These tenured BCBAs offer hands-on mentorship to help clients and families achieve the best possible outcomes. Our BCBAs meet monthly for clinical peer reviews, and you will work in a clinic with peer BCBAs, having autonomy and variety to use your clinical skills to see clinical outcomes. We also care for our clinical team through a fellowship program where fellows consistently pass their BCBA exam the first time (100% pass rate in the last 9 months). All Behavior Technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification, ensuring you work with qualified, committed colleagues (90%+ of our RBT hires pass the RBT certification exam). We offer three weeks of PTO so you can care for yourself. Clinical Supervisors hold a minimal caseload to support you and your clients. We care for our clients by providing fully equipped clinics with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms. Our collaborative clinical environment fosters learning, growth, and shared problem-solving, with support to help clients have special moments like pictures with Santa, field trips, and family outings.
