Cortica seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The BCBA will use a strength-based, holistic approach and lead behavior technicians (BTs), helping create a supportive environment for clinicians and meaningful, long-term impact for families. Care is delivered within a transdisciplinary model that collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinicians across disciplines to develop individualized care plans. This hybrid role serves Danvers, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and BT. The BCBA averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks; levels III and IV have targets of 22 billable hours. The BCBA has autonomy over when and where to supervise cases, and receives administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. The compensation range is $93,105–$116,738, with productivity incentives and an additional ABA caseload bonus opportunity of up to 10% of monthly base salary. Cortica offers professional development and advancement through BCBA levels I–IV. The position requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
