The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will own clinical outcomes for an assigned caseload, ensuring appropriate client progression, goal mastery, and discharge planning. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing direct oversight of high-acuity cases and crisis scenarios. The BCBA will continuously analyze data to adjust interventions, fade supports, and ensure meaningful progress, making real-time clinical decisions as needed. Additionally, the BCBA will provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) in accordance with BACB requirements, delivering in-the-moment coaching and feedback to ensure treatment fidelity, proper prompting and reinforcement strategies, and accurate data collection. Maintaining audit-ready records and communicating regularly with caregivers, providing training and updates, are also key responsibilities.
