Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Telehealth Option Available
About The Position
Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs will use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming, leading a transdisciplinary team and making a meaningful impact on families. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid remote option and telehealth capabilities, supported by administrative assistance for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Cortica emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, focusing on quality outcomes over session quantity, and is distinguished by its transdisciplinary model involving experts in occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
- Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Balancing clinical work and administrative tasks with remote flexibility.
- Determining telehealth effectiveness for clients and BTs.
- Supervising cases with autonomy over schedule and location.
- Focusing on clinical care while administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
Benefits
- Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $90,000 - $112,000
- Up to an additional 10% of monthly salary with a second bonus
