Role Overview: As a Center Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations at the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining strong relationships with families and staff. You will manage clinical, staffing, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that each client receives compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5-years of experience working with pediatric ASD population in a clinical setting
Proven experience in leadership and management within an ABA setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
A compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethics.
Experience in scheduling, staffing, and team development.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional presence on the floor (minimum of 4 hours per day).
Lead and motivate staff while upholding BASS's values of respect, professionalism, and compassion.
Provide feedback to staff, supervise RBTs, and model best practices.
Ensure all staff adhere to confidentiality standards, and ethical codes as defined by the BACB.
Address and resolve parent concerns, escalating as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee facility maintenance and supply management.
Ensure coverage during absences and manage operational logistics efficiently.
Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and onboard new team members.
Create and manage client and staff schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Provide ongoing support to staff, conducting performance reviews and offering professional development.
Case manage a small caseload (40-90 hours, up to 3 clients).
Lead clinical teams by providing supervision and feedback to BCBA, and RBTs.
Participate in treatment plan reviews and help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical quality.
Stay updated on the latest ABA research and integrate findings into clinical practices.
Manage client intakes, consultations, and assessments.
Ensure all necessary documentation and insurance information is collected and processed.
Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients into ABA services.
