As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to develop individualized behavior intervention plans, partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams, provide one-on-one consultation and behavioral support, train and supervise Behavior Technicians, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off-site work
• Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage)
• Current TB test (within the past 6 months)
• Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes
• Provide one-on-one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings
• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services
