About The Position

A locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider is growing and looking for a passionate BCBA who wants to make a meaningful impact while being supported by a team that truly values quality care. This role offers a manageable caseload of 8-12 clients and sustainable 25 billable hours per week. The position includes monthly BCBA collaboration meetings, ongoing mentorship and clinical support from the Director of Clinical Quality, and on-site Speech & Occupational Therapy for true interdisciplinary care. The leadership is described as listening, supportive, and invested in their clinicians. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-3.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8-12 clients.
• Achieve sustainable 25 billable hours per week.
• Participate in monthly BCBA collaboration meetings.
• Engage in ongoing mentorship and clinical support.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-3.
• Provide ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 6 years.
• Collaborate with on-site Speech & Occupational Therapy for interdisciplinary care.
