Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote / In-Person
About The Position
Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who offers flexibility and hands-on impact. This role provides the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Weekly in-person supervision required
- Ability to work from home part of the week and conduct in-person visits
Nice To Haves
- Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
- Experience in mentoring or leading clinical training
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
