Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who desires flexibility and hands-on impact. This role offers the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. In this position, you’ll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision. Centria Autism offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $10,000 signing bonus. The role emphasizes a balance between remote supervision, planning, and collaboration, and in-person visits that keep you connected to your clients and team. It involves leading meaningful change through a commitment to assent, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. Purposeful in-person engagement is used to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships. You will have layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team. The operations team handles logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding.
