About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Columbus, Georgia. This is a center-based BCBA position focused on pediatric care. The role involves providing behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight. The BCBA will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), maintain autonomy over treatment planning and scheduling, and collaborate with family medicine, therapy, education, and interdisciplinary care teams. The position involves managing a focused caseload of approximately 8 clients and utilizing the Central Reach workflow platform.
Requirements
