Catalyst Behavior Solutions is seeking a passionate and clinically driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Requirements

Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
Eligible for Minnesota licensure (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services.
At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, and FBA assessments.
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
1-3 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must pass background check

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DTT, ESDM, NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies is a plus!

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Analyze data and adjust treatment programs based on client progress.
Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and interdisciplinary providers.
Conduct caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, funding source requirements, and state regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
