We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves developing clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care, collaborating with families to set goals and track progress, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans

Responsibilities

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

  • Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
