We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves developing clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care, collaborating with families to set goals and track progress, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans
- Skills in supervising and mentoring RBTs
- Strong collaboration skills with families
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy

Nice To Haves
- Experience with small caseloads and compassionate care approach
- Familiarity with Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
- Experience collaborating with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute

Responsibilities
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Benefits
- Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually
- Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
