Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience with ABA assessments, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists
  • Conduct FBAs and ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and BIPs
  • Provide caregiver training and parent support
  • Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
