About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a Hybrid-Telehealth position. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to make your own hours, combining remote telehealth and in-person sessions. Requirements

Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
A compassionate approach to care
Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
Proficient with word processing and graphing software
Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Nice To Haves

Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred

Responsibilities

Completion of behavioral assessments
Development of treatment plans
Provision of family consultations and trainings
Supervision of behavior technicians
Direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
Completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including the development of instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, writing of progress reports, and development of behavior support plans.
