The BCBA will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and offering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Responsibilities include completing all required documentation for ongoing treatment, such as developing instructional programs, collecting and analyzing data, writing progress reports, and developing behavior support plans.
