About The Position

ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The company emphasizes small caseloads and a compassionate care approach, guided by its core values and community impact. BCBAs receive clinical guidance from a Clinical Advisory Board composed of industry-leading clinicians. The role involves developing clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervising and mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families to set goals and track progress, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Responsibilities

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Benefits

Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees

Monthly Performance Bonuses (uncapped)
Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location
Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay
Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision
