This position offers an opportunity to launch a region and build your own caseload! We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for completing all aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior support plans (BSPs) for clients from birth to 18. This role involves conducting various assessments, providing direct supervision to RBTs/BTs in homes, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering parent training. The BCBA will also provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates, ensuring high fulfillment of authorized client hours and minimizing session cancellations. Openness to feedback and a willingness to conduct FBAs both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate) are essential.
