KIPP MA is looking for a dynamic, committed and flexible school-based behavior analyst to perform behavioral analysis and intervention support for general education students and students receiving specialized education services in grades K-8. The KIPP Academy Boston school-based behavior analyst will work closely with school mental health practitioners, school based student support teams, school leaders, and teachers to execute a tiered approach to behavior support at the school level. This position is 2 days / week in person and reports to the KIPP MA Managing Director of Student Supports. The ideal candidate will work with our team to amplify our children’s potential by creating a school experience that affirms, values, and challenges students each day. They will also seek to create a professional and authentic environment of joy, excellence, care, and community where educators can make long-term transformative outcomes for students.
