About The Position

We Achieve ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team in North Carolina. The role involves empowering families, mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and creating meaningful treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have an active BCBA certification, be eligible to provide services in North Carolina, possess experience with DTT, NET, and naturalistic teaching strategies, and have a warm, collaborative spirit with strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Designing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
  • Completing timely documentation and reauthorizations.
