Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
State Licensure (if applicable)
Strong analytical and clinical decision-making skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services

Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $82,500 - $94,500, based on experience and clinical expertise.
Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly.
