The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Level 1 will be a staff member in Child & Adolescent Services. The major focus of this position is to provide training and support to the front-line staff implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs through supervision and program development. A Level 1 BCBA is differentiated from a Level 2 BCBA based on caseload. Expectations for the Level 1 BCBA caseload are described below. Board Certified Behavior Analysts are responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of behavior and treatment plans for the individuals we serve. This position will directly report to a Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director or Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst, depending on the location and circumstances.
