About The Position

UCP Heartland's ABA Clinic located in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a talented and compassionate BCBA to join their growing team. Requirements

  • At least 2 (two) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Familiarity with the field of early intervention
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit children with ASD
  • Experience writing Applied Behavior Analytic programs, analyzing data and graphing data
  • Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery
  • Understanding of insurance practices within the medical model
  • Valid CPR Certification and other medical and training requirements.
  • Ability to pass a background clearance and reference check
  • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness with clinical notes and reports
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized, client-focused ABA interventions that are meaningful and fun for clients and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and continually monitor client progress, using data to guide treatment adjustments.
  • Lead family guidance sessions to ensure support extends beyond the clinic and into the home and community.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and oversee treatment implementation across settings to ensure integrity and results.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs, while fostering a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program development.
  • Minimal travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
