About The Position

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 13-week assignment working 4x10-hour day shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The BCBA will assess, design, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral intervention programs for individuals with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active BCBA credential required at submission
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans required
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills required
• Ability to supervise behavioral programs and provide staff training required
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases effectively required

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses preferred
