About The Position
CritiCare Home Health and Nursing Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and social-emotional needs in a school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with staff and families to develop and implement effective behavior interventions that promote student success. CritiCare, doing business as Chadds Ford Alternacare, is a licensed provider in Pennsylvania offering a full spectrum of home health services, including IV therapy and wound care, and specializing in School Nursing Services.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavior support to students
- Train and support teachers, aides, and staff on behavior strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
