Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This role is designed to prioritize clinical quality over caseloads, with centralized support for administrative tasks, allowing BCBAs to focus on supervision, programming, and family collaboration. Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- State Licensure (if applicable)

Responsibilities
- Focus on clinical quality, not administrative overload.
- Prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
- Manage sustainable caseloads.
- Engage in supervision, training, and collaboration.
- Participate in a customized onboarding plan and ramp-up support.
- Contribute to clinical direction and decision-making.
- Pursue growth pathways in clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship.
- Provide ABA therapy.
- Conduct supervision.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals.

- Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $86,500 - $98,500, based on experience and clinical expertise.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly.
