About The Position

A BCBA Role Built Around Clinical Quality — Not Just Caseloads. For over 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy. Our vision is to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who shares our passion for creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. Behavioral Innovations structures its centers so BCBAs can focus on clinical quality, not administrative overload. With centralized support for intake, authorizations, billing, and recruiting, you’re able to prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration. We believe strong outcomes require manageable caseloads and protected time for supervision, training, and collaboration. Every BCBA receives a customized onboarding plan and dedicated ramp-up support, so you feel confident (not overwhelmed) in your first weeks. Our leadership team includes experienced BCBAs who remain actively involved in clinical direction and decision-making. We provide defined pathways to help you grow intentionally, whether your goal is senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship.
