About The Position

The purpose of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to deliver exemplary applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children. Marshall Pediatric Therapy is a therapist & family-owned company, started in 2013, whose mission is to help families build skills for life. Requirements

  • Hold a current Kentucky license as a Behavior Analyst
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children.
  • Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: "Helping Families Grow Skills For A Better Life"
  • Exemplifies our company values of love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage
  • Provides skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0-21 years
  • Maintains and manages a consistent caseload
  • Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
  • Participates in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
  • Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines
