About The Position

Dragonfly Cares is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Opportunities are available across multiple service lines, onsite including direct school-based, home-based, center-based, and parent training services. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst(REQUIRED)/LBA required or in process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in clinic or center based setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans for children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct and or consultative behavioral services across home, school, center-based, and community settings.
  • Implement and oversee evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and independence.
  • Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, school personnel, related service providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Provide parent training, coaching, and support to promote the generalization and maintenance of skills across home and community settings.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency, funding source, and professional standards.
