About The Position

Happyian ABA is seeking an Entry-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for newly certified BCBAs looking for mentorship, manageable caseloads, career growth, and a supportive work environment. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, analyzing client data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation according to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
• New graduates and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards
