Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

Nice To Haves

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior analytic services.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists.
• Engage in case consultation and guidance with clinical supervisors.
• Participate in clinical rounds and company-wide meetings.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments.
• Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and BT Managers.
• Engage in administrative tasks, with hybrid flexibility for supervision when appropriate.
