Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.
  • Productivity targets are reduced to 22 at BCBA levels III and IV, allowing focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
